I. POSITION ROLE (JOB SUMMARY)
The HMR position is responsible for planning, developing policies & procedures, leading & monitoring HR/CSR activities to ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s goals & objectives.
II. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
HR
Oversee the workforce planning & implimentation including recruiting, onboarding for new hires, retention, internal manpower transfer or layoff.
Manages the administration of human resource activities including, but not limited to, employee relationship, employees grievances, labor disputes; voluntary or involuntary termination, disciplinary matters, performance management, promotion, compensation & benefits, recognition, training and development, maintaining records of transaction, in compliance with company’s policies, legal requirement & buyer’s standard.
Assists the development of Human Resource policies and procedures in compliance with company’s policies, legal requirement & buyer’s standard, disseminate through communications, meetings and/or training & oversights the implementation.
Conducts research and analysis competitors to propose and develop effective policies in competition with local factories which is aligned with company’s business situation as well as engaged & retained employees.
Assists the planning of learning & development and oversight the implementation.
CSR (going to split to independent team)
Assists & manage CSR activities in alignment with HQ’s CSR ones to meet legal requirement & buyer standard
Clinic (Propose that team to be under admin department)
Oversights the activities of clinic to ensure the smooth operation in normal operation or emergency cases as well as enhance the satisfaction of employees on clinic service.
Others
Trains, coaches, supports HR staff in order to build up a strong & effective team for future growth of the company/ organization and individual career development.
Supports HR & CSR activities of Youngone Vietnam factories if required
Leads, manages or supports new HR/ CSR or company’s projects as required
Others assigned tasks by direct supervisor
III. PERSON SPECIFICATION (REQUIREMENT)
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Fluent in English (4 skills)
+ 10 year experience in HR field
+ SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is preferable
