Key Community Manager (Cosmetics)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Management

• Manage sales targets and support overall business growth.
• Develop consultants and leaders to achieve individual and team goals.
• Recruit new leaders and consultants to expand the business network.
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.

2. Training & Development

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for leaders and consultants.
• Coach leaders on goal setting and business development.
• Develop monthly training plans aligned with company objectives.
• Build strong relationships with key leaders through regular engagement activities.

3. Event Organization

• Organize recruitment campaigns, roadshows, catalogue launches, and beauty events.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Create engaging and motivating event experiences to drive business success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; FMCG or direct selling experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in social media and basic photo/video editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Spark.
