Job Responsibilities
- Analyze shopper missions, barriers, triggers, and decision
- Identify channel specific shopper needs (proximity stores vs. supermarkets)
- Translate shopper insights into actionable channel strategies
- Category growth drivers per channel
- Perfect Store standards (KPIs, control, and monitoring process)
- Sales channel segmentation (e.g., GT mom-and-pop vs. minimarkets vs. MT hypermarkets)
- Design trade calendar activation plans aligned with brand campaigns
- Develop promo mechanics tailored to shoppers (price-off, bundles)
- Display, POSMs, and planograms are executed perfectly
- Activation tracking is done via field force and reporting dashboards
- Shopper marketing budget allocation per customer/channel
- ROI measurement of activations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related fields (FMCG is preferred)
- At least 2–3 years working experience in Trade Marketing/ Shopper Marketing in supervisor level
- Analytical thinking, market orientation
- Ability to work with distributors and frontline sales teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Understand the needs of Modern Trade customers and Distributors to handle appropriately
