Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of sales service, coverage, distribution, and display in the assigned area.
- Monitor and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets of the sales team.
- Manage distributor performance including inventory, working capital, market receivables, and selling expenses.
- Propose opening, suspending product supply, or terminating distributor cooperation when necessary.
- Manage ordering processes, delivery progress, and control damaged or near-expiry products.
- Develop sales routes, customer visit schedules, and plans for new outlet coverage.
- Monitor and evaluate Salesman KPI performance and recommend corrective actions to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Train, coach, and develop sales capabilities through on-the-job coaching and regular training.
- Evaluate sales and promotion program effectiveness, monitor competitors’ activities, and provide timely feedback to the company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from college or higher.
- Minimums have 2 years of experience in a similar role. At least 1–2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong management, planning, and execution skills.
- Training, coaching, leadership and evaluating performance skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience with objection handling skills and good understanding of local culture.
