Job Summary:
The CEO will lead the overall business operations of the beverage manufacturing company, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing to ensure sustainable business development and competitive market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth plan.
- Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Drive business growth through effective commercial strategy, market expansion, and product development.
- Manage overall financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a strong organizational culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of leadership experience, preferably within FMCG, beverage, or food manufacturing.
- Strong track record in manufacturing operations, business growth, and strategic leadership.
- Excellent leadership, financial management, and stakeholder management skills.
