Advise the Board of Management on the Company’s strategies related to finance, accounting, financial investment, and internal control.
Participate in cost calculation and cost control for production and business activities to ensure optimal and cost-efficient operations.
Analyse financial risks and provide recommendations to the Board of Management for mitigation and resolution.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify the Company’s strengths and weaknesses.
Develop and implement the Company’s financial strategies.
Evaluate the financial effectiveness of the Company’s programs and operational activities.
Prepare contingency cash flow and treasury plans in appropriate forms to meet unexpected funding requirements.
Maintain the Company’s liquidity and ensure sufficient financial resources to support business operations.
Ensure that all Company assets are properly controlled, safeguarded, and utilized efficiently and effectively.
Establish and implement cash management policies to ensure sufficient funds for short-term payment obligations.
Be responsible for managing and directing the activities of the Chief Accountant, Accounting Department, and audit and treasury specialists, with the objective of preserving and growing the Company’s capital.
Report to the General Director on a monthly basis regarding the performance of assigned duties and provide timely ad hoc reports when necessary to ensure uninterrupted business operations and prevent potential losses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the applied or equivalent position.
Strong financial analysis capabilities.
Solid knowledge of cash flow management.
Ability to manage project finance.
Proven experience in developing and implementing financial plans.
Good communication and training skills.
Ability to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans.
Leadership skills.
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in office computer applications.
