Support the Plant Manager in developing and executing production plans aligned with customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Oversee daily plastic injection molding operations to ensure adherence to technical specifications, production processes, and quality standards.
Monitor and control injection molding parameters including temperature, pressure, cycle time, and machine settings to maintain stable and efficient operations.
Work closely with the Quality Control team to inspect products, analyze defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reduce defect rates.
Manage and supervise production teams, including operators, technicians, and team leaders; assign work, conduct training, and evaluate staff performance.
Ensure proper maintenance of injection molding machines and equipment, coordinating periodic maintenance activities and minimizing downtime.
Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with labor safety and environmental standards within the plant.
Prepare and report production performance, output, quality results, and improvement initiatives to the Plant Manager and senior management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and productivity improvement projects, to enhance efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Drive product quality improvement projects and ensure effective implementation and control of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and procedures.
Review and approve quality inspection check sheets and ensure compliance with inspection and control processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or the Board of Directors.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management position.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a high level of responsibility and initiative.
