Job Description
Strategy Development & Operations Management (20%)
- Advise senior management on strategies related to Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales Planning.
- Develop objectives, budgets, and operational plans for the assigned business units.
- Recommend cost optimization initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
- Develop organizational capabilities, establish KPIs, and build succession plans.
Logistics & Warehouse Management (50%)
- Develop and implement strategies for warehouse, transportation, and distribution network expansion.
- Manage inventory, warehouse capacity, and logistics operations to meet business demands.
- Lead continuous improvement, digital transformation, and system implementation projects (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS).
- Improve operational productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
Sales Planning Management (30%)
- Develop demand forecasting strategies and sales planning processes.
- Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Monitor order fulfillment, customer service levels, and key service performance indicators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
- At least 5 years in a senior management position (Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale distribution systems.
- Experience leading digital transformation projects, particularly involving SAP, WMS, or TMS, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Demonstrated strategic planning, budgeting, and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, team development, KPI management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English for professional communication is an advantage.
