Managing warehouse daily operations, including receiving, material storage, picking, delivering to production; finished goods picking, and loading based on shipment plan
Ensuring materials are stored in right condition as request, materials are released to production on-time and finished goods are shipped as plan request from PMC
Inventory management
Maintaining health & safety at workplace following EHS’s requirements
Driving digital transformation and continuous improvement
Collaborate with quality, production and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and controls leading to better cost control, higher efficiency and safety in the factory
Hit KPI targets on inventory accuracy, cost, CIP, safety and innovation
Receiving and handling wastes following EHS (Env procedures)
Define training needs and succession plan for the WH team
Propose budget plan and monitor expenses

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or above is required
3 – 5 years and above work experiences as warehouse manager
Proficient in English writing and speaking
Team player and a good people manager
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with WMS and ERP system and supply chain processes
Manage, plan and strategic thinker
Initiative / proactive and effective communication with all levels
