Finance & Accounting Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting Operations & Compliance

• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for daily accounting operations in a lean team environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Manage full‑cycle accounting including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
• Perform month‑end and year‑end closing, including reconciliations and required adjustments.
• Prepare and submit statutory financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
• Oversee all tax matters (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT), ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors.
• Continuously review accounting processes to strengthen internal controls, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
• Ensure timely delivery of investor reporting, audit requirements, and financial information requests.

Cash Flow, Reporting & Financial Control

• Monitor and manage cash flow, receivables, and payables to maintain healthy working capital.
• Identify cash flow risks, particularly outstanding receivables, and propose practical solutions to improve collection efficiency.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely management reports for the Board of Directors and investors.
• Provide forward‑looking financial insights to support planning, cost optimization, and decision‑making.

Billing, Payroll & Team Support

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to ensure smooth billing, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Review supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance prior to processing.
• Continuously improve accounting workflows and collaborate with the Tech team where system enhancements are needed.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and reporting with the Parent Company.
• Supervise and support a small accounting team (2 accountants), providing hands‑on guidance and backup when required.
• Oversee payroll, SHUI calculations, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in a Finance & Accounting Manager role.
• Chief Accountant Certificate is required. 
• Hands‑on experience with Xero is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid analytical capability with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a lean, fast‑growing environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity.
