Design talent acquisition and sourcing strategy, build talent pipelines for current and future job openings using appropriate tools of approach, partnership and assessment / selection and use internal search capability as well as personal network to source top talents. Closely collaborates with selected executive search companies for critical senior positions.
Collaborating with Function Heads in assessing and anticipating the recruitment needs at Group level
Efficiently recruiting qualified people to strengthen Group and supporting to recruitment Director level for subsidiaries, attract candidates and develop candidate pool to meet hiring demands. Fully in charge of the full recruitment cycle, including identifying, screening, selecting and signing excellent people at Group level
Collaborating with Function Heads and Line Managers in interview arrangement and assessment after interview
Conducting Onboarding Process for new employees
Strategizing employer branding plan for all targeted candidates’ groups, conducting group brainstorming & finalizing annual social media plan, executing and tracking all branding activities to ensure smooth execution & activities and on track
Actively diversifying the branding sources, including Social Media to ensure targeted groups get a holistic & real view at company’s branding.
Coordinate with Talent Management to facilitate internal talent development, including internal transfer, internal promotion, to ensure talent pools for critical positions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum seven (8) years of experience in Talent Acquisition in multinational companies or big corporations in Vietnam
Hard working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
Interpersonal and people management skills, ability to maintain employee confidentiality
Proactive, responsible, strong attention to details and ability to multitask and work with minimal supervison from Line Manager
