Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead country operations and manage full P&L to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Drive sales strategy and execution, including setting targets, expanding market share, developing new business, and managing key accounts.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across sales, customer service, and support functions.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, including demand forecasting, stock optimization, and supplier coordination.
  • Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost optimization in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Strengthen customer service standards, resolve issues, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect operational and financial performance.
  • Act as the legal representative of the local entity when required.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align business objectives and share best practices.
  • Execute additional tasks and assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Management degree is preferred.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Proven leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, market expansion, and business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales strategy, key account management, and solution-based selling (C-parts, MRO, consumables preferred).
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, supply chain operations, and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural, and regional/global environment.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance, financial reporting, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on, result-driven, and highly motivated mindset.
