Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute Market Access and value communication strategies to enhance access for current and future product portfolios.
  • Lead initiatives to improve access to care, particularly for vulnerable patient populations.
  • Design and implement Government Affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies; proactively manage external issues impacting the company and therapy areas.
  • Monitor and analyze healthcare policies, market trends, and competitor activities; provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive Policy & Advocacy efforts by engaging with payers, policymakers, KOLs, and media.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships and coalitions; identify opportunities across therapy areas and prioritize based on value analysis.
  • Represent the company in key external engagements; manage risks and lead communication strategies, including crisis management.
  • Oversee Corporate Affairs, external communications, and media relations, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
  • Act as a member of the Leadership Team, advising on strategic direction, policy, and reputation management.
  • Develop and implement a 3-5-year Corporate Affairs strategy aligned with local, regional, and global priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Market Access, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in multinational or global pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and key stakeholders in Vietnam.
  • Established network with government bodies and relevant stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and cross-functional execution capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
