Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute Market Access and value communication strategies to enhance access for current and future product portfolios.
Lead initiatives to improve access to care, particularly for vulnerable patient populations.
Design and implement Government Affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies; proactively manage external issues impacting the company and therapy areas.
Monitor and analyze healthcare policies, market trends, and competitor activities; provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
Drive Policy & Advocacy efforts by engaging with payers, policymakers, KOLs, and media.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships and coalitions; identify opportunities across therapy areas and prioritize based on value analysis.
Represent the company in key external engagements; manage risks and lead communication strategies, including crisis management.
Oversee Corporate Affairs, external communications, and media relations, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
Act as a member of the Leadership Team, advising on strategic direction, policy, and reputation management.
Develop and implement a 3-5-year Corporate Affairs strategy aligned with local, regional, and global priorities.
Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years of experience in Market Access, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Communications, or related fields.
At least 3 years of people management experience is preferred.
Proven experience in multinational or global pharmaceutical organizations.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and key stakeholders in Vietnam.
Established network with government bodies and relevant stakeholders is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and cross-functional execution capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
