Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Chairman and leadership team, driving organizational transformation, especially during periods of change or crisis.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business growth and expansion.
  • Build, structure, and manage a high-performing HR function across the group and subsidiaries.
  • Establish and standardize HR policies, processes, and systems (HRD platform) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for key and leadership positions.
  • Implement KPI-driven performance management systems and career development frameworks.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to strengthen leadership capabilities and workforce skills.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance working culture across the organization.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead the review, development, and enforcement of HR policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee Administration functions including office management, general affairs, and IT coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Guide and supervise functional heads while effectively delegating day-to-day operational responsibilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and implement cost-control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency across the group.
  • Promote administrative excellence and operational consistency across subsidiaries and affiliates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or large-scale organizations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Experience in building HR systems, frameworks, and transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital HR systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of leading change and managing crises effectively.
  • Strong capabilities in culture building, change management, and organizational transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
