OVERVIEW
Senior HR leader responsible for driving and executing people strategies across Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning. The role focuses on strengthening organizational capability, building high-performing teams, and ensuring workforce readiness to support long-term business and institutional objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational Development
- Lead organizational design and workforce structure optimization aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement initiatives related to organizational transformation, culture enhancement, and change management.
- Establish competency frameworks, job architecture, and role profiles across functions.
- Evaluate organizational effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership teams on restructuring, capability building, and operational efficiency projects.
Talent Management
- Design and execute enterprise-wide talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Oversee performance management systems, career development frameworks, and leadership development programs.
- Drive talent retention initiatives and performance-based reward practices.
- Identify, assess, and develop high-potential employees for key leadership positions.
- Monitor talent outcomes through workforce analytics and HR metrics.
Talent Acquisition
- Develop recruitment strategies to ensure a sustainable pipeline of qualified talent.
- Enhance recruitment processes, employer branding, and sourcing channels.
- Manage executive and critical-hire recruitment projects.
- Establish recruitment dashboards and effectiveness metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and hiring costs.
- Build partnerships with universities, talent networks, and external recruitment agencies.
Workforce Planning
- Lead short-term and long-term workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Analyze and forecast staffing requirements while balancing headcount, budget, and business priorities.
- Manage workforce budgeting and headcount planning activities.
- Develop workforce scenarios to address organizational changes and future talent needs.
- Provide leadership with workforce insights, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 8-10+ years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning.
- Experience within higher education institutions, large-scale organizations, or complex business environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, performance management systems (KPI/OKR), succession planning, workforce planning, and HR analytics.
- Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in HR reporting tools, HRIS, Excel, and preferably Power BI.
- Strong English communication skills combined with fluency in Vietnamese.
