Oversee and guide the Group’s R&D companies to ensure innovation and market-driven product development.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in products and manufacturing processes.
3. Manufacturing Management
Direct and monitor the operations of all manufacturing plants to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
Ensure all production processes comply with quality standards and occupational safety regulations.
Promote automation and the use of advanced technologies to boost productivity.
4. Commercial Operations
Lead and supervise commercial subsidiaries in expanding distribution channels and growing market share.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and strengthen brand presence.
Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key distributors, agents, and business partners.
5. Financial Governance
Develop and manage the Group’s overall budget, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Monitor and control the financial performance of all subsidiaries and propose timely corrective actions where needed.
Supervise major investment projects and long-term development initiatives.
6. Human Capital Management
Build and develop key leadership teams across all subsidiaries.
Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Oversee recruitment, training, and talent retention aligned with long-term strategic goals.
II. Requirements
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience:
Proven track record of executive leadership in large, multi-industry conglomerates worldwide.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the sectors of Commerce, Technology, and Manufacturing.
3. Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Strategic planning and high-level decision-making skills
Excellent analytical thinking with adaptability to market and organizational changes
Proficiency in English and corporate management tools
