JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Development & Leasing Management
- Drive the development of the campus F&B ecosystem through tenant acquisition, leasing activities, and commercial partnerships.
- Conduct market research, optimize tenant mix, negotiate commercial agreements, and support tenant onboarding and store openings.
Operations & Business Performance
- Oversee daily operations of F&B tenants and university-operated outlets to ensure service excellence, food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage catering services, event-based F&B offerings, meal programs, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
Financial Management & Customer Experience
- Own the department’s P&L and drive revenue growth through effective leasing, commercial, and operational strategies.
- Enhance customer experience by maintaining high standards of quality, sustainability, and continuous service improvement across the campus F&B ecosystem.
Leadership, Collaboration & Expansion
- Lead, develop, and manage the Campus Commercial Services team while fostering collaboration across internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Establish scalable operating standards and support the expansion of commercial service initiatives across multiple campuses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, Retail, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in F&B, retail leasing, commercial property, shopping malls, or restaurant chains.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, tenant management, and commercial leasing.
- Experience driving business growth, tenant acquisition, and revenue performance.
- Proven P&L management experience with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and partnership-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage teams.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Flexible to support operational requirements outside regular business hours when needed.
