Job Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors (both local and
international).
- Procure construction materials, MEP items, fit-out packages, operational goods, and service
contracts.
- Ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery through competitive sourcing and negotiation.
Supply Chain Management
- Manage end-to-end supply chain for construction projects and corporate operations.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet project timelines and avoid overstock or shortages.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, finance, and warehouse teams for seamless
material flow.
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and resolve issues relating to quality, delay, or noncompliance.
Job Description
- Develop strategic partnerships with key material suppliers and logistics providers.
Contracting & Compliance
- Prepare and manage procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with project specs and legal
standards.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, government regulations, and audit
requirements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate procurement records, price lists, and supplier databases.
- Provide monthly reports on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business; MBA or related
certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or real
estate development.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction materials, subcontractor scope, and
building services.
- Familiarity with sourcing from local Cambodian and ASEAN markets as well as international
vendors (e.g., China, Thailand, Vietnam)
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. High integrity and
