Develop and advise on project sales strategies aligned with market conditions and the company’s long-term business objectives.
Build and implement sales strategies and business plans for the company’s flagship products through the project sales channel.
Develop sales regulations, commercial policies, and market approach strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and prepare reports to support pricing strategies and project acquisition activities.
Collect market intelligence and research customer needs, including technical requirements, product applications, product selection criteria, quality expectations, and pricing trends.
Identify, approach, and establish relationships with project owners, consulting and design firms, and M&E contractors to promote the company’s products for new and potential projects nationwide.
Serve as the primary point of contact with project owners, construction companies, contractors, and distributors regarding project contracts, sales agreements, technical documentation, and product quality matters.
Lead risk assessment throughout the project development and bidding process, prepare risk management reports, and provide timely risk alerts during project execution.
Manage, coach, and develop the Project Sales team while monitoring performance and evaluating business results against established targets.
Oversee customer complaint resolution, maintain strong relationships with project clients and channel partners, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and expand strategic relationships within the project sales channel to acquire new customers and business opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project sales, with at least 5 years in a department management role or above.
Proven experience in the Electrical Wires & Cables or Lighting Equipment industry, preferably with medium-to-large enterprises or multinational corporations.
Strong understanding of project sales, tendering processes, and project contract management.
Established network with project owners, contractors, project management boards, consultants, and other key industry stakeholders.
