Job description

Job Overview

  • The Regional Head is responsible for leading regional growth and execution by translating Group Head Quarter strategy into actionable plans across hospitals in the North. This role drives revenue growth, demand generation, and conversion effectiveness, with strong emphasis on sales, business development, marketing leadership, and hospital enablement.
    The position acts as the key connector between Head Quarter, Hospital CEOs, and external partners, ensuring sustainable commercial performance and high-quality patient outcomes.
    The Regional Head will report directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Regional Growth & Leadership
    • Lead and execute regional growth strategy aligned with Group Head Quarter direction.
    • Drive revenue, volume growth, and EBITDA across key services
    • Provide strong leadership to regional Business Development and Marketing teams.
    • Enable Hospital CEOs to convert demand into effective clinical outcomes.
  • Sales, Business Development & Partnerships
    • Lead regional sales strategy with proven focus on conversion, channel performance, and revenue growth.
    • Develop and manage key partnerships, e.g., non-profit organizations, corporate clients, referral networks.
    • Oversee sales performance, incentives, conversion efficiency, and ROI.
    • Identify new demand sources and expand regional market reach.
  • Marketing & Demand Generation
    • Localize HQ marketing strategy to fit regional market dynamics.
    • Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure marketing efforts effectively support sales channels and hospital conversion.
  • Performance Management
    • Own and monitor regional KPIs.
    • Use data and insights to continuously optimize strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, marketing.
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, demand generation, increasing revenue, and improving profitability.
  • Senior leadership experience working across multiple stakeholders and locations.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and execution capability.
  • Commercially driven, data-oriented, results-focused.
  • Excellent stakeholder and partnership management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on sales and growth execution experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective strategies.
