The Regional Head is responsible for leading regional growth and execution by translating Group Head Quarter strategy into actionable plans across hospitals in the North. This role drives revenue growth, demand generation, and conversion effectiveness, with strong emphasis on sales, business development, marketing leadership, and hospital enablement. The position acts as the key connector between Head Quarter, Hospital CEOs, and external partners, ensuring sustainable commercial performance and high-quality patient outcomes. The Regional Head will report directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer.

Regional Growth & Leadership
Lead and execute regional growth strategy aligned with Group Head Quarter direction.
Drive revenue, volume growth, and EBITDA across key services
Provide strong leadership to regional Business Development and Marketing teams.
Enable Hospital CEOs to convert demand into effective clinical outcomes.
Sales, Business Development & Partnerships
Lead regional sales strategy with proven focus on conversion, channel performance, and revenue growth.
