Job Title: Foreign Teacher Recruitment Specialist
Annual Hiring Target: 100 teachers/year
Location: Hanoi
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for foreign teachers working in Vietnam.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through global platforms and networks.
- Verify qualifications, teaching certificates (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA), and legal documents.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and onboarding processes with internal teams.
- Manage recruitment pipeline to meet the hiring target of 100 teachers/year.
- Build relationships with foreign teacher communities and international partners.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Vietnamese nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience recruiting foreign teachers or international staff in Vietnam.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
