RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations Scope
- Drive efficiency in HR processes by identifying opportunities for simplification and standardization to optimize costs
- Manage Payroll Executive to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Update HR operations and compensation processes, policies, and procedures; evaluate opportunities for alignment with JV partners
- Manage internal and external HR Operations projects, including change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical practices
Total Rewards Scope
- Manage salary review processes, including market benchmarking and job evaluation systems
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with company guidelines, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
- Interpret salary data, administer job evaluation programs, and recommend adjustments to align with overall HR strategy
- Act as internal consultant and advisor to the General Director, Head of HRBP, and leadership team on Total Rewards, including best practices and benchmarking
- Lead the annual compensation review cycle
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Own and maintain organizational structure, headcount framework, job architecture, and job description standards; ensure governance and alignment with business needs
- Manage recruitment operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR services
Office Administration & Support Services
- Manage office administration functions, including front desk operations and visitor reception
- Oversee document control, records management, and official correspondence
- Coordinate facility management, office maintenance, and workplace environment
- Manage office supplies procurement, vendor sourcing, and administrative purchasing
- Oversee employee meal programs, catering, and pantry services
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Board of Directors and Management team
Contractor & Security Management
- Manage contractor/vendor administration, including service contracts, manpower tracking, attendance coordination, and cost control
- Act as focal point for vendor performance management related to outsourced resources
- Oversee security team management in coordination with site management, ensuring discipline, compliance, and coverage
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law and compensation practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
