Legal manager

Role & responsibility: The Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring  factories’ compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations. This role involves handling corporate governance, contracts, labor law, risk management, and dispute resolution to protect the company’s interests and support its business operations.

* Qualifications & Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university; additional certifications in international trade law or corporate law preferred.
• 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the garment, textile, or manufacturing sector.

* Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a garment enterprise.
• Familiarity with environmental compliance (ESG), sustainability regulations, and ethical sourcing policies.
• Proficiency in English and local language
