JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Issuance of Technical Information
- Issue technical guidelines and paint-related requirements for production and relevant departments for each project
- Establish paint consumption norms, sanding standards, and painting procedures
- Establish labor norms for painting operations
Management and Implementation of Color Sample Boards and Process Improvements
- Propose materials and organize the preparation of production color sample boards
- Manage and follow up with paint supplier technicians working at the company
- Improve processes with a focus on simplification and automation
Management and Implementation of PPS Samples
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and implementation of all PPS (Pre-Production Samples) for projects
Paint Mixing and Distribution Management
- Ensure fire prevention and firefighting (PCCC) safety in the paint mixing and storage area
- Organize paint mixing and distribution in accordance with established procedures
- Promptly resolve operational issues and develop solutions for excess and obsolete paint inventory
Training, Guidance, and Paint Quality Control on the Production Line
- Organize the production of the first-off product
- Provide guidance and training on painting procedures and work instructions
- Conduct product quality testing to ensure mass-produced products meet required quality standards
- Monitor and control compliance with painting procedures on the production line
- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- ExMinimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Relevant Qualifications: Degree or qualifications in Chemistry / Engineering
- Management and leadership skills
- Gender: Male
- Age: 30–45 years old
- Foreign Language: English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office applications
