Identify, build, and develop potential clients in software development and IT outsourcing services.
Manage the full sales cycle, including client approach, requirement gathering, solution proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales account management.
Work closely with Presales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure proposed solutions accurately meet client needs.
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with B2B enterprise clients.
Analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective customer development strategies.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business results for the Sales Manager/Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in Sales within software, technology, IT services, or outsourcing industries.
Solid understanding of software development processes, outsourcing models, and offshore development is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English and/or Japanese proficiency is preferred).
Existing network of clients in the IT/Software sector is a plus.
Ability to work independently with high responsibility and a strong results-driven mindset.
