Launch of the Vietnam Enterprise Workforce Capability Readiness Report 2026 (VEWCR)
During the event, Talentnet officially unveiled the Vietnam Enterprise Workforce Capability Readiness Report 2026 (VEWCR), the first in-depth study of its kind in Vietnam to assess workforce capability readiness across organizations.
Key Findings from the Report
- 71.4% of organizations identified revenue growth and business expansion among their top strategic priorities.
- 31.1% of organizations prioritized AI implementation in operations. With the current score for AI Practical capability standing at 57.8/100, significant opportunities remain for organizations to enhance productivity through practical AI adoption.
- Mid-sized organizations (500–1,000 employees) achieved the highest capability readiness score (68.7/100), highlighting the advantages of agility and operational optimization before scaling further.
- The role of middle management is becoming increasingly critical, with 75.8% of organizations expressing readiness to invest in leadership and management capability development.

The report reinforces a critical insight: sustainable competitive advantage is determined not only by strategy, but by an organization’s ability to translate strategy into execution capability at every level.
A Dialogue Platform for Business Leaders
Beyond the launch ceremony, the event featured presentations and panel discussions with senior leaders from Unilever Vietnam, Vingroup, DKSH Vietnam, CAO Fine Jewellery, Mercer, and LinkedIn.
Discussions explored the trends shaping the future of work, the evolving role of leadership in the AI era, and how organizations can build capabilities that sustain long-term growth.
The event concluded with a powerful message: in today’s capability economy, capability is no longer simply an investment in people development – it is a strategic form of capital that will determine the future success of organizations.
