What we do
Electronic identification of foreigners
1. Check passport, temporary residence card/permanent residence card, and duration of residence in Vietnam.
2. Identify the appropriate receiving agency (Immigration Department or Immigration Department of the province/city).
3. Guide and support customers to fill out Form TK01 for their VNeID registration.
4. Check and prepare necessary documents: passport, residence papers, portrait photos, biometrics (if any).
5. Notarized translation of documents (if necessary).
6. Support to make an appointment at the competent police agency.
7. Guide and accompany customers to the correct location, bring the correct documents, and complete the photo and fingerprint taking process.
8. Monitor the processing progress of the management agency.
9. Receive and hand over results (identification account, access information via VNeID app) concluding our comprehensive VNeID verification service.
Electronic identification of corporations
1. Determine legal conditions and necessary documents according to form TK02.
2. Advise on legal representatives, digital signatures, and digital certificates needed when connecting to the electronic authentication system.
3. Prepare form TK02, register organization information.
4. Prepare legal documents: enterprise registration certificate, decision to appoint authorized person, authorized person’s ID card, organization seal.
5. Represent the customer to submit the application on VNeID (if provided with an account) or go to the customer’s office and interact directly on the customer’s VNeID app.
6. Monitor application status and respond to state agencies when additional information is needed.
7. Receive and hand over the identification account information to the organization.
8. Instruct on using level 2 electronic identification in public/electronic transactions.
