Supplier Code of Conduct
Talentnet believes that responsible growth depends on the choices we make across our entire supply chain. This Code brings together the standards we hold ourselves to, covering ethical conduct, human rights, environmental care, and fair labor practices, and extends that same commitment to every supplier we partner with.
Our Standards at a Glance
Business Ethics
Suppliers must conduct business with integrity, avoiding bribery, fraud, and corruption. All transactions should be transparent, honest, and verifiable, with any conflicts of interest disclosed promptly.
Labour & Human Rights
Suppliers must not use child labour or forced labour, and must ensure non-discrimination in recruitment and employment. Fundamental human rights, fair wages, and safe working conditions must be respected in accordance with applicable laws.
Legal Compliance
Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to labour, tax, and the environment, and to ensure the same from their own subcontractors.
Health, Safety & Environment
Suppliers must maintain a safe working environment and use energy, water, and other resources responsibly, taking appropriate steps to reduce waste and environmental impact.
Confidentiality & Data Privacy
Suppliers must protect any client, employee, or Company information they access in the course of their engagement with Talentnet, and use it only for authorized purposes.
Sustainable Procurement
Suppliers are encouraged to apply the same environmental, labour, and ethical standards when selecting and managing their own suppliers and subcontractors, extending responsible practices across the supply chain.
