In 2025, Talentnet continued its sustainability journey through practical actions that create long-term value for people and society, including the completion of a Double Materiality Assessment and the achievement of EcoVadis recognition.

In 2025, Talentnet entered a more structured phase of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) journey, reinforcing the way sustainability is integrated into its business operations and people practices.
Building on years of ongoing efforts, this phase reflects Talentnet’s commitment to approaching ESG with clearer frameworks, stronger governance, and more measurable actions aligned with international standards. Rather than treating ESG as a compliance exercise, Talentnet continues to view sustainability as a long-term responsibility embedded in how the organization works, grows, and creates value for society.
People at The Heart of Sustainable Progress
As a HR consulting firm, Talentnet believes that people are the foundation of sustainable development. This belief guides its ESG strategy across three core pillars:
- Empowered People: Enhancing employee capabilities, safeguarding rights, and fostering holistic development.
- Thriving Communities: Creating meaningful and lasting social impact beyond business boundaries.
- Sustainable Living Practices: Promoting environmental responsibility through practical, everyday actions.

Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, CEO of Talentnet, shared:
While our ESG journey is still at an early stage, Talentnet has already begun to create positive change, from building evidence-based foundation for our ESG strategies, to empowering people and spreading value within the community, and encouraging environment-friendly habits. With the 2025 humble progress, we are looking forward to 2026 and coming years with more confidence in making our sustainability goals more impactful, meaningful and effective
Strengthening ESG foundations through Double Materiality Assessment
In early 2025, Talentnet conducted a comprehensive Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), with the support of ESG experts from the United Kingdom.
This assessment evaluated both Talentnet’s impact on society and the environment, as well as ESG-related risks and opportunities that may affect the business. The process enabled Talentnet to identify its most material ESG topics, providing a solid foundation for strategic planning, risk management, and long-term sustainability initiatives.
Turning commitment into collective action
Throughout 2025, Talentnet translated ESG commitments into tangible actions. More than 300 employees participated in community outreach activities at Thiên Bình Orphanage and Thiện Tâm Shelter, reinforcing a culture of care and shared responsibility.

On the environmental front, Talentnet planted 100 native trees at the Bình Châu – Phước Bửu Nature Reserve, contributing to ecosystem restoration and long-term environmental resilience. Internally, initiatives such as waste segregation, energy-saving practices, and the promotion of sustainable transportation were introduced to reduce environmental impact.
In addition, Talentnet partnered with Dear Our Community to deliver ESG-focused scholarships and training programs for university students, supporting the development of sustainability-minded future talent.
EcoVadis Committed Badge: A milestone for continuous improvement
In recognition of these efforts, Talentnet was awarded the EcoVadis Committed Badge 2025, achieving a total score of 58/100, representing a 13.7% improvement compared to 2024. Notable progress was recorded in Labour & Human Rights (+24%) and Sustainable Procurement (+33%).
This achievement reflects Talentnet’s ongoing commitment to strengthening ESG governance and continuously improving its sustainability performance.

Looking ahead to 2026
Moving into 2026, Talentnet remains committed to deepening its people-centric ESG strategy and further integrating sustainability into its HR solutions and business operations.
Guided by the principle “Putting people at the core of sustainable progress”, Talentnet will continue taking steady, purposeful steps toward creating long-term value for its people, partners, and the wider community.
