Kanika Singh is the Regional Director for Gallup Southeast Asia. She leads the Advisory team to help businesses meet and exceed their organizational goals.
As a trusted workplace adviser on workplace management practices, Kanika has extensive experience applying Gallup’s strengths and engagement science to support and manage consultants to create impact on business performance.
Kanika is a regular keynote speaker at many HR & L&D community gatherings and large HR events in the region, including Singapore HR Institute events, World HR Congress, HR Tech Festival, and more. She has published multiple articles on Gallup.com and shared her expertise through radio and TV interviews and a featured, exclusive article by Singapore Business Review. Kanika is also regularly featured in Gallup’s educational webinars and leads the annual launch of Gallup’s global workplace insights for the Southeast Asia region. She also led the launch of the inaugural Singapore Workplace Report 2026, supported the publishing of the first State of the Japanese Workplace report, providing data-driven insights for leaders and organizations in both countries.
Before joining Gallup in 2015, Kanika served as a senior consultant with a market research and consulting organization in Singapore. In this role, she managed business development and delivered meaningful solutions to clients in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, and Japan.
Kanika has also lived and worked in India, managing clients and implementation with a renowned software solutions provider.
Kanika is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. She has an MBA with a focus in marketing from the SP Jain School of Global Management in Singapore and a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on computer science from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Kanika is based in Singapore and is fluent in English and Hindi.
