- If you haven’t made the payment yet, the organizing team will assist in switching your paid ticket to a complimentary one. - If you have already completed the payment, we regret to inform you that refunds are not available, except in force majeure cases (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). You may, however, transfer the complimentary ticket to another team member in your company.
