Peck Kem is the first Asian CIPD Chartered Companion and was listed as one of the 100 Most HR influencers from Southeast Asia. She was also named as one of Asia’s Top 50 HR Leaders in 2024 by SpeakIn Asia.

In addition, she currently serves as President of Singapore Human Resources Institute and President of the World Federation of People Management Associations.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa has served as CEO of FPT since March 2019.

Joining FPT in 1997, he is part of the 1970s-born generation of leaders of this Vietnam’s leading technology group, with deep expertise in technology operations, business, and organizational development.

Over his 25-year journey at FPT, he has held numerous key leadership positions across the corporation’s subsidiaries.

In 2012, at the age of 35, he became the youngest CEO in FPT’s history when appointed to lead its telecommunications division. Under his leadership, FPT Telecom experienced strong growth, with revenue increasing by 2.6 times and contributing the highest share to the corporation’s overall profit.

With a visionary, decisive, and discipline-driven approach, Mr. Khoa has spearheaded FPT’s comprehensive digital transformation strategy, from building a “Made by FPT” technology ecosystem to streamlining internal operations, saving hundreds of billions of VND annually. He has also prioritized market expansion, cross-subsidiary collaboration, and the development of next-generation leadership for the corporation.

Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Vice Chairman of the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO).

With over 25 years of experience in human resources management, holding various high-level leadership positions in large corporates across diverse industries such as Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Technology, etc., both in Vietnam and globally, innovation, continuous improvement, and anticipating future trends have naturally become part of her working culture, alongside the philosophy of always placing people at the heart of every strategy.

Future HR for Unilever, Digital Transformation for HR, and Open Talent Economy are among the innovative and transformative strategic projects that Ms. Tam Trang successfully led at Unilever. In her new role at GREENFEED, Ms. Tam Trang continues to spearhead key innovation projects such as Galaxy – Org Transformation, which focuses on developing an efficient, lean and future-fit operating model and organizational structure; Digital Transformation – enhancing digital capabilities and the application of Big Data, IoT, and especially AI in management and operations; and Leaders For Goodness (L4G) – elevating future GREENFEED leaders to enhance the corporation’s global competitiveness and sustainable growth.

Beyond her managerial responsibilities, Ms. Tam Trang harbors a deep passion for inspiring and developing Asian talent and contributing to the development of the HR community. She has been a keynote speaker at numerous HR forums, particularly in Southeast Asia and Vietnam. She is a consultant and coach for high-level HR professionals domestically and internationally.

He has been with the Bosch Group for over 28 years, holding various leadership roles in multiple countries.

In addition to managing director role of Bosch Vietnam, Andre also took on a dual role as Regional Business Unit Head for Two-Wheeler and Powersports, representing the component business in ASEAN, including the fast-growing market for electric motorcycles.

Born in the Netherlands, de Jong began his career with Bosch in 1997 as a Brand Manager for Power Tools in Benelux. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in branding, sales and marketing, international management, and leadership, having been based in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Germany.

Prior to his current dual role, Mr. de Jong served as Managing Director of Bosch in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.

The esteemed EUROCONTROL, European Organization for Safety of Air Navigation offered an invitation to conduct research at its Innovative Research unit.
