Peck Kem is the Chief HR Officer and Advisor (Workforce Development) for Singapore’s Public Service Division. She is responsible for enhancing HR capabilities across the public sector. Her prior role was Senior Director for Human Resource & Organisation Development at GAIN, managing HR and corporate administration globally.

Her career spans quality engineering, manufacturing management, and VP of HR in the private sector with Tandon, Western Digital, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Avago Technologies. In the public sector, she was a Divisional Director at the Ministry of Manpower. Her diverse background offers a unique leadership perspective across Asian, European, and American cultures.

Peck Kem is the first Asian CIPD Chartered Companion and was listed as one of the 100 Most HR influencers from Southeast Asia. She was also named as one of Asia’s Top 50 HR Leaders in 2024 by SpeakIn Asia.

In addition, she currently serves as President of Singapore Human Resources Institute and President of the World Federation of People Management Associations.

Ms. Pham Minh Huong is the Founder and Board Member of IPA Group 

A pioneering multi-industry conglomerate in Vietnam with a vision to build a comprehensive “Health – Wealth – Growth” ecosystem. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (former Soviet Union) and has nearly 10 years of management experience at Citibank. She also served as CEO of SSI and is the founder and developer of IPAAM and VNDIRECT – the first securities company in Vietnam to offer an online trading platform.

With her innovative mindset and international background, Ms. Huong has built IPA Group into a sustainable ecosystem, bringing together leading brands such as VNDIRECT, PTI, IPAAM (Finance & Insurance), Homefood, Ban Dia Viet (Health & Lifestyle), as well as investments in infrastructure, green energy, and digital solutions.

Under her leadership, IPA Group not only promotes sustainable development for the community but also creates added value for each individual and organization within its ecosystem. Ms. Huong stands out for her strategic vision, long-term development orientation, and commitment to building a people-centric corporate culture. Her journey exemplifies resilience, outstanding leadership, and strategic foresight, elevating the role of women leaders and affirming IPA Group’s position in Vietnam’s multi-industry business landscape.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa has served as CEO of FPT since March 2019.

Joining FPT in 1997, he is part of the 1970s-born generation of leaders of this Vietnam’s leading technology group, with deep expertise in technology operations, business, and organizational development.

Over his 25-year journey at FPT, he has held numerous key leadership positions across the corporation’s subsidiaries.

In 2012, at the age of 35, he became the youngest CEO in FPT’s history when appointed to lead its telecommunications division. Under his leadership, FPT Telecom experienced strong growth, with revenue increasing by 2.6 times and contributing the highest share to the corporation’s overall profit.

With a visionary, decisive, and discipline-driven approach, Mr. Khoa has spearheaded FPT’s comprehensive digital transformation strategy, from building a “Made by FPT” technology ecosystem to streamlining internal operations, saving hundreds of billions of VND annually. He has also prioritized market expansion, cross-subsidiary collaboration, and the development of next-generation leadership for the corporation.

Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Vice Chairman of the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO).

As the Vice Chairwoman of the Executive Committee at GREENFEED Group

Ms. Nguyen Tam Trang concurrently serves as the Chief People Officer with a vision to accompany GREENFEED in becoming a leading brand across the food value chain globally based on a strategy of sustainable human development by fostering talent, creating an efficient working environment, promoting collaboration, and cultivating a culture of continuous innovation and growth. She is the first female General Director in the core leadership board.

Before joining GREENFEED, she was the Global Head of Human Resources for Unilever International (UI) and Head of Human Resources for Unilever Asia Pte Ltd. Before that, she was Vice Chairwoman, responsible for human resources at Unilever Vietnam.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources management, holding various high-level leadership positions in large corporates across diverse industries such as Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Technology, etc., both in Vietnam and globally, innovation, continuous improvement, and anticipating future trends have naturally become part of her working culture, alongside the philosophy of always placing people at the heart of every strategy.

Future HR for Unilever, Digital Transformation for HR, and Open Talent Economy are among the innovative and transformative strategic projects that Ms. Tam Trang successfully led at Unilever. In her new role at GREENFEED, Ms. Tam Trang continues to spearhead key innovation projects such as Galaxy – Org Transformation, which focuses on developing an efficient, lean and future-fit operating model and organizational structure; Digital Transformation – enhancing digital capabilities and the application of Big Data, IoT, and especially AI in management and operations; and Leaders For Goodness (L4G) – elevating future GREENFEED leaders to enhance the corporation’s global competitiveness and sustainable growth.

Beyond her managerial responsibilities, Ms. Tam Trang harbors a deep passion for inspiring and developing Asian talent and contributing to the development of the HR community. She has been a keynote speaker at numerous HR forums, particularly in Southeast Asia and Vietnam. She is a consultant and coach for high-level HR professionals domestically and internationally.

Andre de Jong was appointed Vice President, Managing Director of Bosch Vietnam in November 2024.

He has been with the Bosch Group for over 28 years, holding various leadership roles in multiple countries.

In addition to managing director role of Bosch Vietnam, Andre also took on a dual role as Regional Business Unit Head for Two-Wheeler and Powersports, representing the component business in ASEAN, including the fast-growing market for electric motorcycles.

Born in the Netherlands, de Jong began his career with Bosch in 1997 as a Brand Manager for Power Tools in Benelux. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in branding, sales and marketing, international management, and leadership, having been based in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Germany.

Prior to his current dual role, Mr. de Jong served as Managing Director of Bosch in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.

Based in Singapore where she has lived for the past 17 years, Godelieve van Dooren spearheads the growth and expansion of Marsh McLennan in South East Asia – covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

Her expertise in designing and delivering impactful people and risk solutions empowers Marsh McLennan’s clients in their business, risk and workforce transformation as they navigate the realities of a constantly changing environment.

Prior to this role, Godelieve was the CEO of Mercer’s South East Asia Growth markets, helping companies navigate the health, wealth and career needs of the fast-evolving workforce in this dynamic region.

Throughout her career, she has played a critical role in designing innovative talent solutions and working closely together with leading clients across the High-Tech, Life Sciences, FMCG, Chemical, Retail and Hospitality Industry.

Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands

Dr. Son Do Lenh holds a distinguished academic background with industry experience on a global scale.

Son obtained his PhD from EPFL, Switzerland, accompanied by research projects at Harvard Initiative in Innovative Computing. His expansive industry journey features accomplishments across sectors such as banking, shipping, data, education and consulting. He empowers enterprises to shape the strategy and execution of all transformation-related activities, encompassing business and operating models, agile culture, technologies and digital experience.

Most recently, Son was Head of Experience, Wealth Management Technologies at a prestigious Swiss private bank where he rebuilt its portfolio management platform, one of the most sophisticated in the industry and also offered to 10 other banking and financial groups across the globe.

Previously, he worked for one of the world’s largest shipping companies, where he devised strategies across 20 transformation projects to streamline employee and customer experience in 155 countries. Son also led a digital product team for a startup, playing a pivotal role in its place among the Top 100 Hot Startups worldwide in 2012, an accolade further endorsed by Gartner’s inclusion in the Cool Vendors category.

He received 3 Scientific Awards, including 1 STELLAR Distinct Award and 1 Best Demo Award, a testament to his prowess in inventing cutting-edge technologies in applied settings. The esteemed EUROCONTROL, European Organization for Safety of Air Navigation offered an invitation to conduct research at its Innovative Research unit. He was also a winner of more than 10 other awards, research contests and scholarships, including from the Swiss and Vietnamese governments. He led or contributed to inventions showcased at renowned venues such as the Asia Pacific ICT Awards, Harvard Museum of Natural History, and MoMA – Museum of Modern Art in New York.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Dao Khanh Chi is currently the Group HR Director of Sun Group – a leading Vietnamese conglomerate in entertainment, hospitality, real estate, aviation, and infrastructure.

She has led large-scale recruitment and talent development projects for corporations across FMCG, banking, hospitality, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Her expertise spans executive recruitment, employer branding, talent development, leadership training, HR strategy advisory, as well as talent management, leadership competency frameworks, and succession planning.

Ms. Hanh Van is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in leading multinational corporations, holding various strategic leadership roles in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, and Talent Management. She is currently the Chief People Officer at Home Credit Vietnam, spearheading comprehensive people strategies to drive sustainable growth, enhance employee experience, and foster an engaged organizational culture.

Before joining Home Credit, Hanh Van held multiple senior positions at Lazada Vietnam, Lazada Thailand, and Unilever, including CPO, Regional Head of Talent Management & Leadership Development, HR Director, and strategic HRBP roles for key business units. She has successfully led culture transformation initiatives, leadership capability development programs, talent acquisition & retention strategies, as well as optimized HR operations on both local and regional scales.
